History

Founded in 2005, Wright Now was developed as an online marketplace for the sale of great designs. An alternative to the auction model, Wright Now showcases a wide range of vintage and modern works all available without the wait. Since opening ten years ago, we have sold more than 3000 items to an international audience comprised of interior designers, decorators, design enthusiasts and connoisseurs.

Location

Wright Now is centrally located in the West Loop of Chicago. Our 40,000 square foot building is home to our specialists, production staff and creative team as well as the 300+ items available at any given time in our online gallery. All works are available for viewing by appointment only.

Most works are vintage and therefore not perfect that is why we include the condition in the listing of each item. If you like something that we recommend restoration for, please inquire. We can assist in getting works recovered and fixed up.

Founded in 2000 by Richard Wright, Wright has handled more than 40,000 works across the spectrum of 20th and 21st art and design. With expertise and creative innovation, Wright has transformed the global market for modern design. We have pioneered whole fields of collecting, championed architecture at auction and featured fine art with dependable results cultivating an illustrious place within the auction industry.

Location

Wright is located in both Chicago and New York. Since 2000, Wright has hosted numerous auctions, previews and exhibitions of art and design in our 40,000 square foot building located in the West Loop of Chicago. Our Chicago location is home to our consignment offices, production team and creative staff. Our New York office and gallery opened in the historic Parke-Bernet building in the fall of 2013. Offering a diverse program of exhibitions and events, our New York location is a resource for clients seeking to buy and sell works of art and design, both at auction and privately.
